Using flash_var.s43 IAR in CCS project

Hello,

I need to convert a IAR project using "SLAA103 Application report " (MSP430 Flash Self-Programming Technique)
How can I convert the IAR asm File ( flash_var.s43 ) to CCS ( I already tried to use Perl Script )

Hello Michel,

The process of converting from IAR to CCS is by no means simple and the materials to do as such are quite outdated. I believe the Perl Script to which you are referring was last modified in 2010. You can try starting with the script as a base but in the end you will have to port the code into CCS manually by debugging the file and handling errors and warnings as they arise.
