Hai,

I am currently working on MSP432 launchpad. Can I use 24 Mhz crystal instead of 48Mhz ?

Is there any guide available for fixing the baud rate of UARTs?

    Yes you can. Why you would want to change crystal if 48MHz works?

    Sure. Baud rate generator of UART is very flexible. You shall read msp432 Users Guide (slau356), chapter "22.3.10 Setting a Baud Rate"  and "Table 22-5. Recommended Settings for Typical Crystals and Baudrates"
