Chronos-915 Wired USB debugging dongle, driver not working.

Also, I have the MSP430-RF2500 kit which its debugging dongle works fine for the RF2500. So it is something about the Chronos dongle. Hardware wise they look almost identical. Not sure if this helps.

What do you get on the Mycomp->Properties->Hardware->device manager?

if the device is not displayed properly try to delete it and reconnect the USB dongle.
