Hello,
As discussed in the Understanding MSP430 Flash Data Retention app note, the practical limit is around 100,000 flash erase/write cycles. However, our newer FRAM devices have nearly inexhaustible write endurance (10^15 write/read cycles), which is not a practical concern.
