The FRAM area is strictly divided into four areas.
I could write Information memory.
However, even if you set the Write enable of the section during program execution, it can not be rewritten.
Even if MPUSEGxXE, MPUSEGxWE, MPUSEGxRE are set, rewriting does not occur.
Table 9-4. Segment Access Rights in the User's Guide is rewritable, but can not be rewritten during program execution?

    Hello,

    What's your configuration of MPU and IPE? If you enable MPU, then writing to segment without write access right is protected by MPU. And if you enable IPE, then only program code executed from the IPE-segment can access data stored in this segment.
