I use pH sensor with RF430-TMPSNS-EVM and TRF-7970ABP with MSP-EXP430G2ET.

A expert from Ti suggested to me that I can do calculation through MSP-EXP430G2ET.

I need to know how to.

And Is it compatible with GUI?

Hi Jinwook,

I don't think it is compatible with the GUI, which shown on the chapter3 of the http://www.ti.com/lit/an/sloa212a/sloa212a.pdf, for MSP-EXP430G2ET.

I'm not sure which kind of calculation you want to do with MSP-EXP430G2ET. But as a general MCU, MSP-EXP430G2ET could do a calculation by your application code running on the device.

Hello Jinwook,

I've merged your most recent thread with this existing one. I also want to link your recent thread with the NFC team, here: https://e2e.ti.com/support/tools/ccs/f/81/t/822351

I understand that the demo worked, and now you are trying to customize to add your own sensor, perform customer calculations and output this to a PC. You are already using the TI example code for this setup.

Unfortunately, there is no program or example code that will perform your exact application. You are going to have to modify the code yourself to add the features you want. Another option is to hire someone to make these modifications for you.

You said I already use the TI example code for this setup.

But I didn't use any code for this setup

I only used GUI for watching ADC value.

GUI don't need any code.

I used just GUI program.

So you said I have to use a modified code.

Do I have to use CCS, or another thing?

If I have to use another thing, Which program do I have to use?

Hi,

If you want to implement the basic methodology which laid out in the app note, which said in your another thread, you should create you application code by your self.

CCS is an integrated development environment (IDE) that supports TI's Microcontroller and Embedded Processors portfolio, which including the MSP-EXP430G2ET you are using. You could use CCS for you development or other 3rd party IDE, such as IAR.
