MSP432P401R: enable Array[1024] and program jumps to FaultISR.

I am facing a problem that is when I enable one array of 1024 Program jumps to FaultISR, by defining Array size to 512 everything works fine.

I got one new thing after further reading that can be helpful to you for helping me resolve my issue. so i am attaching one picture of CSFR and HFSR register in the debug window showing some bits set. after jump to FaultISR, these bits are set.
