Yes, Just one. (I had tried on only one IC, just I'm getting started on MSP430FW427)

MSP-FET Flash emulation tool

No, Since from the first time I try to flash it throws an error.

No, I have not cross-checked with further FW427 because it was soldered on PCB. Do you mean it is the problem with FW427? Do I need to replace it with a new one?

I would at least do a cross check if the tools have an issue or really the device.

I had crossed checked the connections and flash emulation tool was new one bought from TI Store.
