i am having the "debug interface secured" problem also. I changed the mcu its solved. Then it happened to new mcu during debugging.

this code may be the problem?

i didnt have that problem before this i think.

i cant erase the code by msp flasher.

Can you please explain your hardware setup? Is this a custom board or kit from TI?

Are you sure that you are not overwriting the signature or password of the devices memory? See section 6.4 for information on these addresses.

i am working on my prototype project. I was using a couple of pointers to save infrared signals. I may saved that signal on the program memory, because my code got bigger. Is there any way to bring my mcus back?

MSP430FR4133 can go back to factory state (mass erase, unlocked) with SBW / JTAG mailbox by USER CODE ERASE command. MSP430FR4133 and MSP430FR5949 can go back to factory state (mass erase, unlocked) by BSL.
