MSP430FR6047 killing me :)
We are trying to measure water flow with our designed circuit and USS lib (USS_02_20_00_18)
Measuring results are almost nice but, sometimes, there is buggy states.
For example at around 60 m3/h flow rate, sometimes, LCD screen starts to show +150 m3/h....-200 m3/h etc. I also tested algortihm result code, TOFdns and TODups results.

USS lib gives me code 122 (USS_message_code_valid_results) and wrong deltaTOF value.

Any opinion? What am I missing?

And, today, I tested new USS_02_30_00_03 lib. But, I saw that software enters infinite loop at "code = USS_verifyHSPLLFrequency(&gUssSWConfig, &testResults)" line.

Hi Mesut,

Can you confirm you are using our EVM? Also, can you confirm that you see these variations at low flow in the GUI also?

For the latest software release, are you seeing the code hang up here with the demo project or the template project?

I have not EVM board. Tests are done on our circuit.

I have dealt with this problem I think... Randomly, I changed user configuration parameters of USS library using by USS GUI and I regenerated headers.

I suppose that this problem is related to "capture duration" parameter. I am right?

For new released USS lib; I referenced template project.

Another question; using VFR (as alg. result) is mandatory for calculation? I am only using deltaTOF and UPS DNS tof values and I am processing them.

Hi Mesut,

You don't have to use the volume calculation provided by the platform(you can compute your own). If you would like to use the calibration tools provided by the GUI, then I would recommend using the result from the platform.

Hi Mesut,

If the capture duration is too short, you may be cutting off part of the signal. This can cause dToF variations.
