Hello,

I'm replying directly to this thread after Mr Schellhase asked the question for me here.
We have not had any problems in production so far. Now, however, we had a batch of units where about 30 out of 60 units showed this behaviour.
So it doesn't seem to me to be a general problem, but a problem with the batch or a problem with us in this batch.

Do you have any idea what this could be?

Do you have a way of reading out the constants (InfoA=64 bytes at 0x10C0)? If they're erased (0xFF) that points in one direction and if they're plausible-but-wrong that points in a different direction.

Yes, I can read them out next week. But I think they are not completely erased, but they have a wrong value. At 2 devices, they can not be set at all.

Hello,
the DCO constants are not equal to 0xFF. However, the frequencies are next to the target values (1 MHz, 8 MHz...).
