Good Day. I have a customer who wants to know if they can use DRV8702-Q1 and DRV8703-Q1 for 4 MOSFET to control PWM drives.

Then what is the difference between DRV8702-Q1 and DRV8703-Q1? Is two devices are good alternative for each other?

    Hello, Ray:

    DRV8702-Q1 and DRV8703-Q1 can drive 4 MOSFETs.

    Please check the datasheet page 5: pin function table. It lists the differences between DRV8702-Q1 and DRV8703-Q1. DRV8703-Q1 supports SPI communication; DRV8702-Q1 uses hardware pin to setup the motor driver parameters.
