DRV8231: DRV8231 HSOP Package

Dear Sir/Ms.

My customer uses 24V brushed motors, so I suggest him to design DRV8231. But because the EVM on TI DRV8231 webpage is DRV8251EVM,

I apply for DRV8251EVM customer. The DRV8251EVM puts HSOP packaging on top.

I see that the datasheet DRV8231 has HSOP packaging, but it is not on the TI website. .

May I know when DRV8231DDA will RTM. Or is there a DRV8231DDA that can apply to my clients for testing?

Kami,

Almost everyone is out of the office for holidays now. I can reply next week with a timeline.

For now, can the customer evaluate with the 8251? Only difference is voltage range.

I am sorry for the delay. Target RTM for DRV8231DDA is by end of January, 2022.

Hello Ryan,

Thanks for your reply. Did you have any DRV8231DDA on hand right now? I'm going to apply some sample through TI Taiwan FAE. My customer can replace DRV8251DDA by DRV8231DDA on DRV8251EVM.
