DRV8426: Motor no have Tourque. How Can I Check?

My customer has the questions as follow:

Until last year I use DRV8711. But I can't buy DRV8711 Chip.
So I change DRV8711 -> DRV8426

As U see Mode is 0 So Full Step.
TOff also 0, Decay0, Decay1 also 0 mean to GND.
and Enable signal to 0 from STM32F103 CPU
Sleep signal also 0 form STM32F103 CPU.
But Step motor is free (no have tourque)
and I Check Enable Sleep
                       0          0 
                       0          1
                      1           0
                      1           1
All same...(no have tourque)
How Can I check my DRV8711?
