Hello Team,
One of my customers is using DRV8800PWPR package for driving relay.
What is RθJA during Pulse ON time is 10mS and OFF time is 3sec?
The customer is looking at transient thermal impedance from junction to air RθJA if the part is working in H-Bridge mode and the current is passed through device for 10msec and the OFF time is 3 seconds.
Data from DRV8220 for transient thermal impedance is attached below for reference.
The customer is looking for similar data for DRV8800PWPR.
