MCF8316AEVM: Ordered MCF8316AEVM inside box was MCF8316ZTEVM

We have a customer here at DK, that purchased MCF8316AEVM and the box was labeled as such, MCF8316AEVM.

but inside the box was the MCT8316ZTEVM

are the boards the same? Is the MCT8316ZTEVM the new version of the MCT8316AEVM board?
