Requesting the recommended DRV8434SEVM SPI register and pin settings for a system consisting of an external MCU and a DRV8434SEVM.
The MCU will generate the STEP and DIR, ENABLE and SLEEP signals as pin inputs to the DRV8434S, all register settings are set via the SPI bus from the external MCU.
I am observing that the DRV8434S will inconsistently turn on the H-bridge and drive the stepper motor after MCU reboot. It works correctly for several consecutive MCU reboots, then will not work at all. After several MCU reboots it will start to work again. For those instance where the DRV8434S H-bridge will not operate, the MCU generated pin signals are correctly observed on a O'scope and there are no faults reported on the FAULT pin and in the DRV8434S FAULT and its 2 Status registers.
