1. The IDRIVEP_HS is the gate current used for switching on one of the high side MOSFETs. This is referring to the peak gate drive current.

We don't have a plot available of IDRIVEP_HS vs temperature, however I can say that at higher temperatures the IDRIVEP_HS gate current will trend lower and at lower temperatures the IDRIVEP_HS gate current will trend higher, all within the min/max rating of the IDRIVEP_HS spec for temperature between -40C and 150C
