can you tell me the range for the capacitance of the charge pump capacitor at Pins CP1, CP2?

(datasheet: 0.01-μF 50-V)

Hi Thomas,

The charge pump capacitor should not differ by more than ±10% of the recommended value in the datasheet.

Hi Pablo,

however, this tolerance seems too low to me.
Since MLCC capacitors have a not inconsiderable voltage-dependent capacity loss.
e.g.: Yageo 10nF-50V-10% CC0402KRX7R9BB103 has a capacity loss of -25%@25V.

Would this capacitor still be suitable?

Up to 50% variation is acceptable.

Your capacitor is suitable.
