DRV11873: Power-on startup is abnormal

Hi team,

Here's an issue from the customer may need your help:

Startup does not work properly, including the following:

1) Extreme situation: Always clockwise (set to counter-clockwise rotation)

2) Common situation: Rotate clockwise periodically (clockwise - stop - clockwise - clockwise -stop) (Note the instant clockwise rotation does not exceed 150rpm)

3) occasional: Counter clockwise rotation with pause (one turn and one stop, very low speed)

Could you help check this case? Thanks.

I've assigned this thread to a team member and we'll aim to respond before middle of next week

Just as a heads-up, I think we'll likely need more information (such as waveforms of input vs output, fault status, etc...)

also, is this similar e2e thread from your customer?

We'd like to eliminate one of the duplicate e2e threads if possible
