DRV11873 drive motor does not rotate, please help analyze, thank you!
The test results are as follows:
a. Measure input voltage/signal is normal;
b. Measuring the motor drive board driver chip DRV11873, it was found that the motor drive chip is not working properly:
1. Under normal input voltage of 12V, if the internal logic is not properly converted 5V voltage used;
2. Measurement of impedance found that the impedance of the power pin of the motor drive chip is abnormally low 80ohm;
3. Preliminary suspicion of damage to the internal LDO of the motor drive chip.
c. Cross validation:
1. Cross the motor drive chip with a good motor drive board;
2. Abnormal voltage and impedance follow the chip, and it is determined that the motor drive chip is damaged.
