Do we have suitable solution can replace microchip RE46C100D8, thanks!

Condition

  1. PWM input 3.3V or 5V
  2. VDD 12-16VDC
  3. add 3pin (Buzzer)

    Thank you for reaching out. If the part is used for smoke detection or CO detection, the TPS8802 would be a good solution that could also replace other parts in the application. Another option if you just want a simple piezo driver would be the DRV2700, but you would have to use a buck converter as the input voltage is lower (VDD 3.3-5.5V) than your requirements.
