We are very sorry to bother you. In our project, the electronic lock chip DRV8876QPWPRQ1 was damaged, which was all caused by short circuit in the power part of the chip. Could you please provide the circuit diagram inside the power part, so that we can analyze the cause of damage?

See the document DRV8876-Q1 Functional Safety, FIT Rate, Failure Mode Distribution and Pin FMA, specifically 4 Pin Failure Mode Analysis (Pin FMA). Look at the scenarios with Class A failure, which indicates device damage can occur. For example if VCP/CPH/CPL are shorted to GND or an adjacent pin then it can damage the device.
We don't have any internal circuit diagrams beyond those in the datasheet that I can share with you. Make sure you followed Figure 8-1. Typical Application Schematic in the datasheet, and Table 7-1. Recommended External Components.
