UC1625-SP: Single Event Effects Report (Not SEL)

Hello,

Can someone point me to a report for the Single Event Effects for the US1625-SP? I understand that this device is Bipolar and immune to SEL, but I am specifically wondering about Single Event Upset or Transient characterization.

We only have the reports attached to the product page on ti.com for this device. Since this is an older device we are a little limited on the support items.
