The DRV8411AEVM hardware is not being recognized. We are using a Macbook.
Are there any work arounds or concerns with using Mac for evaluating our EVMs?
Thanks!

Hello,
Can you provide more information about the issue? Is the EVM not connecting to GUI or the PC is not recognizing the USB input?
If the PC is recognizing the EVM, you should be able to see these COM ports on your device manager (or the equivalent program in Mac OS).
Does your PC recognize the EVM? If not, it most likely means the EVM drivers were not installed correctly.

Pablo
Thecomputer is able to recognize the MSPM0L1306 board, it’s in the device manager. But it doesn’t recognize DRV8411AEVM.
Could you advise how to install the driver for DRV8411AEVM?
The XDS110 Embed with CMSIS-DAP is the MSPM0L1306 board for reference.
JDJ,
You can download the FET drivers from this site: https://software-dl.ti.com/msp430/msp430_public_sw/mcu/msp430/MSP430_FET_Drivers/latest/index_FDS.html
The drivers for the MSPM0 board may be different from the MSP430 FET drivers
Install the FET drivers and attempt to connect afterwards. Please reboot your PC after the installation.

Pablo
