DRV3256-Q1: VGS_Hx_H fault

Part Number: DRV3256-Q1

Hello.

We are developing a product where we use DRV3256-Q1.

We are driving two IPT015N10N5 transistors in parallel per phase (12 transistors in total). Bus voltage is 52V, PVDD is 10V. We get VGS_Hx_H fault when when increasing the current (around 350A [pk] per phase).

As i understand this error not caused by BST voltage drop but because of the voltage difference between BSTx and GHx. We are using 22R gate resistors for each high side transistor, HS source current set to 1.5A and 2A sink. We also tried to configure the MON_CTRL_6 Register as shown below and we still getting the same error from the DRV even if SL_MODE configured to no report and no shutdown.

Can you give me some more detailed description of the error and what from your opinion can cause it.

Any help will be kindly appreciated.
