UC3637: Single phase H-Bridge inverter controller IC

Hi,

I am looking for analog controller IC for single phase inverter (AC output). UC3637 looks to be good option. But it has only two PWM outputs for two level switching.  I couldn't find any other options similar to this. 

Are there any controller IC's for Single phase H-bridge inverter with three level switching?

    Hey Murali,

    How many half bridge outputs are you looking for? We have 3 phase BLDC drivers that have 3 half bridges. If you are looking for the 3 phase drivers then would you be able to specify the voltage range, and whether or not you prefer integrated MOSFETS or external MOSFETs?
