MOTORSTUDIO: Javascript error

Part Number: MOTORSTUDIO

Hi support team.

A Javascript error appears as shown in the picture below. Is this an issue caused by the GUI?

Best regards,

Higa

  • Hi Higa-san,

Thanks for your feedback. Could you please let me know when you encountered this error? Is it immediately after starting the GUI or is it when performing specific actions or page navigation in the GUI?

We've already captured similar javascript error right after starting the GUI, and that will be fixed in the next release.

    Thanks,
    Eric C.

  • Hi Eric-san

    Thank you for your reply.

The error occurred immediately after booting and running MPET.

    Best regards,

    Higa

  • Hi Higa-san,

Thanks for the clarification. I will report this to our GUI development team.

A few more questions to help us narrow down the issue:

    • Does this happen consistently every time when trying to run MPET?
    • Do you get the same error if you try to run MPET using the dedicated MPET page instead of the Quick Spin page?
    • Which MCF device are you using?

For the time being, could you please try to manually input your motor parameters (from motor datasheet or manually measure See E2E FAQ) to see if you can work around the issue?

    Thanks & Regards,
    Eric C.
