Can I go above the 24 V supply voltage limit on the BOOSTXL-DRV8301 if it stays under the max of 65 V for the actual DRV8301 chip?

Hey Alyssa,
The 24V rating of the EVM comes from the component limitations on the board such as capacitors, trace widths, connectors etc. not just the driver's voltage requirements. So I would advise against exceeding the 24V rating.
Also in general we recommend using a driver rated for1.5-2x the max application voltage. For eg. 24V motor applications with a 60V driver and using a 100V driver for 48V applications etc.
Best,
Akshay
