Part Number: DRV8353RH-EVM

Hello Team,

   we want to order DRV8353RH-EVM evaluation kit for out testing purpose. As per brief description (snapshot below) it is written it is ideal for sensorless control. can we driver motor in sensored mode by using our controller.  can we integrate this driver with some other controller to rotate motor as per our requirement.

    Hi Sayali,

    Thank you for posting to our forum! 

    The DRV8353RH(EVM) is designed with both sensorless and sensored control capability,  and our evaluation software (GUI) already has sensored control options built in for evaluation.  

    There should be no issue driving a hall censored motor using the available software or an external controller using the available header pins on the board.

    Please refer to the DRV835XEVM User Guide for further detail of the inputs/outputs of the device and control options.
