hi there,

we have big problem to connect a MCF8316AEVM evaluation board with the GUI or Motorstudio software.

I can set the USB to Serial communication but he cann't connect the board...

Motorstudio:

where can i find my problem?

    Hi David,

    • What version of the Motor Studio are you using?
    • Could you please confirm if LED D7 is turns on when you plug in the USB?
    • If so, please also help check that the device shows up in the Windows Device Manager:

    If the above are correct, then could you please try closing the Motor Studio GUI and plug the USB into a different port on your computer?
