Hi Chuanlin,

Do you have the No Motor fault [LOCK3_EN] enabled? If so, what is the no motor lock threshold current [NO_MTR_THR] set to?

Is the motor phase disconnected while the motor is spinning in closed loop aligned state?

I checked, can phase loss only be detected during open-loop period?

During the closed-loop period, a sudden phase loss will not trigger the MTR_LCK event, right.

Because I found that during the closed-loop period, the absence of phase will trigger the HW-POCK_LIMIT event.

Hi Chuanlin,

Yes, the No Motor Fault can only trigger in open loop. If a phase wire is disconnected in closed-loop, the failure needs to be detected by other faults, such as the HW_LOCK_ILIMIT fault.
