I am planning to build a 150W BLDC Motor controller, Kindly suggest me any suitable motor controller IC for my application.

Input Voltage : 150-300VAC

Input Power : 50-150W

    Thank you for reaching out on our forum. 

    The BLDC driver closest to your system requirements would be our new DRV7308 Integrated GaN-FET driver. This device has a supply voltage up to 450V, 5A peak output, and power rating of 250W without the need for a heatsink. Please find the product page here.

    Our other available drivers like the DRV835x typically max-out around 100V and may not be suitable for this higher voltage application.
