I need help to understand the Gate resistor calculator tool to select the Gate resistor configuration.
While using the tool i am only able to select the single gate resistor option, however other option to have Rsource, Rsing and diode is disabled.
Another question, this would help me to select the correct Rg based on the MOSFET, however what should be the selection parameter for the MOSFET

Not sure what the issue is with the current version of the calculator that you have but here is a a newer version that should let you select the configuration you want.

For your second question my understanding is that you're asking how to select a MOSFET for your application/system correct?
