DRV8300U: Drive IC and Mosfet fails when Phase current is more than 30A

Hi,

Using DRV8300U in my motor control product. Using TK100E10N1,S1X Toshiba , 2 mosfets in parallel for each section of 6 Mosfet bridges.

When phase current is more than 30 Amp, driver IC and Mosfet fails immediately. Need help in reviewing schematic and suggesting what is wrong.

Please enable private mode for me to send schematic.

Gate signals are as below..

Deadband measured is 1 usec.

Hey Anil,

Can you take a look at the following FAQ and follow the steps to identify the fault being thrown and the suggestions listed to address the fault?

Once we have identified the fault we can take a look at the necessary waveforms and schematic.

Also in the waveforms it would be helpful to see the voltage/time division.
