Will DRV8332-HT drive the servo motor described in the attached document.

Yes DRV8332 can drive the servo motor mentioned by you, but it's over-rated for this motor, becuase power is 21.5Watt.

DRV8313 is best fit for this motor.

DRV8312-69M-KIT and DRV8301-69M-KIT

both include Servo Position example projects (using encoders, NOT included with kit) and InstaSPIN-MOTION projects through MotorWare
