Hi Jared,

The closest device available is the DRV8823-Q1. Assuming the current requirements are acceptable, it may be possible to control 4 motors as you have described.

Hi Rick,

Hmmm, that looks like a little overkill for what I'm looking for..

Something closer to the LM5109B-Q1, but with integrated FETs would be more ideal.. anything close to this?
