    the current motor used is BM-42M by Ezi-Step.

    could you please advise for the exact chip set ( ucontroller and driver ) to fit this application ?

    is the ucontroller code available ?

    is the schematic available in Orcad ?

    do you have a layout example and guidlines ?

    what about SW driver ? is there a ready to use driver ?

    Please look at the DRV8880 or DRV8885. The DRV8880 includes the AutoTune feature while the DRV8885 includes integrated current sensing. Both devices can meet the current requirement of 1.2A per phase.

    is the ucontroller code available ?


    The mcu recommendation depends on the system requirements. The DRV8880 and DRV8885 need a minimum of 2 GPIO (DIR and ENABLE) plus 1 PWM to generate the STEP input. Additional GPIOs can be used for nSLEEP, M0/M1, TRQ0/TRQ1, and monitoring the nFAULT pin.

    is the schematic available in Orcad ?


    The schematic symbol and layout footprints are available in a generic tool that can be converted to most CAD tools. See the quality and packaging tab of the product.

    do you have a layout example and guidlines ?


    Example layouts can be found in the DRV8880EVM and DRV8885EVM. These EVMs are available in Altium format online.

    what about SW driver ? is there a ready to use driver ?


    The EVM firmware and GUI combination is written to allow evaluation of the device.
