What was the starting PWM duty cycle and what was the final PWM duty cycle? Was it changed gradually?

The pwm duty cycle changes between 25% and 90% and it is not changed gradually, because of my code on some situation i have to change the duty cycle in a short time.

What kind of ceramic bypass capacitance is on the 24V rail?

I would recommend including a small .1 uF ceramic capacitor on each of the three half bridges as well as on the VM pin of the DRV8307. The small ceramic capacitor has a low ESR that will help to mitigate voltage ripple while switching the external MOSFETs.

My whole schematic is below, can you show me on which points i must add 100nF capacitors?

My power supply circuit is below, there is 680uF/50V capacitor and a 24V TVS diode. By the way the same transients exist on 3V3 DC net, so the mcu is affected and stops working. I can not understand the reason but i will try for three 100nF capacitors for mosfet drains. Are their positions right? What if i use 100nF capacitors on FAZ(phase) nets?
