Dear Sir,

I use EVM test, Please kindly help check the waveform is correct ?

AIN1_ PWM input, AIN2_ 0 ; the function is forward PWM

1) why AOUT2(green) have smaller waveform ?

2)AOUT1 is fast decay ?

AOUT2 will be smaller. The AOUT2 output will be switching between output low and High-Z

2)AOUT1 is fast decay ?

AOUT1 is switching between output high and High-Z. It appears you are seeing some capacitive load on AOUT2 AOUT2.
