Hi all,

there is a customer use the DRV8848,

VM=12V,

OUT1, OUT2 output 7V when foreward rotating, -12V when backward rotating. do you have some idea on this phenomenon?

Hi Robin,

What equipment is used to measure the 7V and -12V? Assuming it is a DMM, please use a scope and capture the output waveforms.

What is the current chopping level (Itrip)?

The load may be slightly higher in one direction versus the other causing current regulation.
