Product design is in progress and I can’t find any note about ESD protection on the motor outputs. Our motor is going to work at 10V but I can’t find TVS that clamps at 10V but 12V, at the same time 12V is on the Maximum ratings of the DRV8838 and I don’t know if has already internally built in ESD protection because there is no information about that on the datasheet. Can you or anyone at your team help on that?

The DRV8838 data sheet page 6 ESD rating section gives the ESD rating for all IC pin's which includes OUT1 and OUT2.
ESD protection is not for 12V maximum supply voltage protection. The ESD energy level could be very small. A normal input voltage could give high energy level at low input voltage. An over 12V input source may not trigger the ESD cell. But, it could damage the part because it is higher than the absolute voltage rating with a high power energy level.
To prevent the input voltage higher than a certain threshold, you can try to use a front end over voltage protection IC.
BTW, I found few 11V TVS parts from website. I am not sure they are available on your side or not.
