DRV8353: DRV8353 continues to die. What is the problem?

The circuit was designed using DRV8353.

Input power is 60V.

DRV8353 continues to die.

When a demage is received, the resistance value of the part connected to Q6 changes.

I can't find anything strange in the circuit diagram below, so please check if you know.

    Please check all GHx, GLx, and SHx nodes near the FETs while switching to see if there is excessive ringing or abnormality observed.

    It was operated normally when 30V power was applied. 

    However, the 50V power was turned on and the DRV8353 did not work. 

    A long time later, when the 30V power was applied, the motor was turned on, but one of the 'w' phases was deaded.  

    If the 50V power was applied, the waveform could not be measured because the motor died when it started to turn. 

    I'll measure and attach the 30V power supply waveform tomorrow.

    I'll put it up when the waveform is measured after 50V power apply.

    I solved the problem.

    The problem was the MOSFET voltage.

    A 100V MOSFET was applied using a 60V power source, which was the problem.

    MOSFET, which can withstand 250V or more power supplies, solved the problem.
