Can DRV8353R drive two MOSEFET IPB180N10S4-02 at the same time? 

and what is the design consideration in driving two MOSFET in parallel ?

    Hello,

    Yes multiple FETs can be used. The IDRIVE setting will as expected need to be tuned for this, please check the guide here: e2e.ti.com/.../796378

    If excessive gate ringing cannot be avoided through IDRIVE adjustment, the FET-to-FET parasitic mismatch may be too much and series gate resistors of up to 20 ohm can be used to smooth gate signals. IDRIVE will need to be higher if gate resistors are added.
