Hi,
Windows 10 driver for the DRV2625EVM and DRV2624EVM are ready and they will be in ti.com product folders soon
If you are facing problems with the Windows 10 GUI, you may try to install the Haptics Control Console version 1.6.0.1 with the link below. This version doesn't require additional hardware tools.
Once the GUI is installed, you would need to ensure that the EVM has the updated firmware version. The Haptics Control Console has an option in the Help Menu to update the EVM Firmware. Please find attached the correct firmware versions for the Windows 10 Haptics Control Console.
If previous version is used, you will need to use the USB2ANY tool to avoid any error message or device disconnection when the Haptics Control Console is open. SDA, SCL and GND pins will need to be connected from the USB2ANY to the DRV2625EVM-CT / DRV2624EVM-CT.
Please visit our USB2ANY product folder for more details about this complementary tool:
https://www.ti.com/tool/USB2ANY
Ensure that these steps are followed when using the USB2ANY tool:
1.- Connect DRV2625EVM-CT to USB2ANY.
2.- Connect USB2ANY to computer.
3.- Press the + button for GUI mode until "F" is seen in the LED's display.
4.- Open Haptics Control Console.
5.- In USB dropdown menu, select "0.Haptics DRV-USBCOM-EVM v1.4" -> CONNECT
I hope this helps!
