Is the small, low voltage induction motor LVACIMTR (along with its adapter plate to the 2MTR-DYNO) still available?

Hello,

I'd like to add TI's LVACIMTR induction motor to my collection of: (1) 2MTR-DYNO, (1) LAUNCHXL-F28379D, and (2) BOOSTXL-3PHGANINV. I know that in the past TI had kitted this motor with an adapter plate so that it could be swapped-in for one of the ACPMS motors in the dyno, and that this induction motor must be purchased with a booster pack of some sort.

Is this induction motor still available for purchase? If so, would you please provide me the part no. under which I can purchase it--complete with the adapter plate--on TI's e-sales web page?

If this motor must be sold along with a booster pack, would you please provide me the part no. of a least-cost booster pack that would enable this motor's purchase?
