DRV8803PWP的powerPAD引脚是否连接到gnd（引脚5和12）？

Hello，

Pin5, 7 and PPAD are connected to ground.

Hi Li,

if Pin 5 and 12 tie to GND, but thermal PAD is floating. Any side effect? Thanks.

Alan,

The device could be hot because the thermal pad doesn't have a solid connection to the big ground copper; only pin5, 12 take care all ground current.
