Hi Team,
My customer is considering an Earth fault detection circuit for a motor output line.
In the attached circuit configuration, the Absolute Maximum Rating (VM +0.7V) of the OUT pin is exceeded when VM=0V.
A few mA will flow through the body diode to the OUT1 side high side FET, but I don't think it will break the IC.
Is it OK to configure such a detection circuit?
