DRV8912-Q1: Does the PWM mapping apply if continuous mode is selected?

I would like to use several half bridges in parallel and operate them in continuous (non-PWM) mode.

If I select continuous mode in register PWM_CTRL_n (e.g. HBn_PWM==0) will the mapping of half bridges in register PWM_MAP_CTRL_n apply? If not, it looks like an alternative would be to set the PWM duty cycle to 100%.

Ah. Since the half bridges are all enabled independently, I think I would have to use the PWM at 100% duty cycle to achieve this.

Please see table 32 & 33 in the datasheet. The default is for ALL the half-bridges to be in continuous mode. There is no reason to use PWM mapping if you only wish to use continuous mode.

Then you can use the registers specified in table 30 & 31 to individually control the half-bridges you desire.
