David,
Your EVM may have been damaged, do you have another board you can try?
Was the EVM modified in any way?
What Vbus was applied to the board?
Regards,
-Adam
Yes we have another EVM and try use it, the same led also lit. After we tried to calibrate the motor. We just downloaded the software from the manufacturer’s website. The motor is connected synchronous with a magnetic rotor 6 poles 50 Hz.

No modifications.
If I right understand, we download Vbus from your site Texas Instruments.
David,
I am asking about the voltage input applied to the board.
You may need to change R15 to a 0 ohm jumper and check again on a new board.

David,
Do you have a way to exchange the DRV8353RH device which is mounted on the board? If so we can probably send you some units for this purpose.
Regards,
-Adam
Hello, Adam.
Sorry for the long answer.
Yes, we have the opportunity.
voltage applied to the board 25 volts, this is the answer to the previous question.
David,
Please use the Request Samples button as shown below on the Order Now page of the DRV8353R directory on TI.com:
This will allow you to order a few devices to fix your board for free.
Do you know what condition or test may have damaged the board? Did you do any hard braking?
Were you using the standard GUI and board without modification?
Regards,
-Adam
